This patient has being wearing an upper denture and now wants to have teeth that do not come out and feel more natural.
After careful planning implants were placed on the upper jaw to provide support for a set of teeth that will not come out. This implants are allowed to heal before the final prosthesis can is constructed.
A temporary prosthesis was made after implants were had healed. This now allowed the patient to continue with everyday activities.

The construction of the final prosthesis begins with a wax pattern that will represent the position of the teeth and missing surrounding structures. This wax pattern is then scan on a digital scanner and via Computer-Aid-Manufacturing is then replicated in Titanium.
The Titanium framework after milling process was completed. This framework was now utilized to fabricate the final prosthesis.
The Titanium framework was covered with pink artificial tissue, reproducing the natural contour of the missing gums. This tissue replica helps create a very natural result.
