A prosthodontist is a dentist who has completed dental school plus three additional years of advanced training and education in an ADA-accredited prosthodontic graduate program. A prosthodontist is highly trained in cosmetics, dental implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, TMJ / TMD, and additional restorative procedures. What Does a Prosthodontist Do?Some of the standard procedures we provide include crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures (complete dentures and partial dentures), inlays and onlays, and more. While we are capable of a wide variety of treatments, we receive specialized treatment education in certain specific areas.
